It has been a very busy two weeks! We are in full swing for preparation for the HighLiter show with 7am rehearsal each morning. Next week we will only have early morning rehearsal on M, T, W due to the break and baseball practice.  Harmonee and Middle School Mixed Chorus are both working on music for State Festivals. Times for performance are in for State Solo and Ensemble are as follows: Harmonee is on at 5:00, Cara Neverth 5:30, Jessica Jenema 6:00 and Jordan Overmyer at 9:00 (ugh!). We have requested Tuesday, May 7 for Choir Festival but not guaranteed anything. We would appreciate the support at State Festival in Big Rapids on April 12 at the times listed above.

Congratulations to the Middle School Choir for receiving excellent ratings and qualifying for State Festival. We will be participating in May at CMU. Harmonee received excellent ratings at Solo and Ensemble Festival and they will also be going to State competition in April at Big Rapids High School along with several soloists. Sound Source has just begun work on music for the Pops Concert in June, and HighLiters is in full swing for the show with seven a.m. rehearsals beginning on Tuesday morning. We are excited about the success that we have had so far and are continuing to work hard to make the end of the year great!
